Crystal Steiner is the President of JA of the Mad River Region. Crystal started her career with JA nearly 18 years ago and has worked in leadership, programming and development. Crystal is very involved in the community. She has a passion and drive for Junior Achievement. Crystal is married to Josh Steiner and they have 3 beautiful kids. In her free time, Crystal is involved in beauty pageants and 4-H. Crystal is excited to lead JA Mad River Region into the future and truly inspires young people for success!

Robin Louden-Henry started as a Junior Achievement volunteer 17 years ago when her biological children were in school. As a volunteer, she has taught several different elementary and middle school programs. Robin started her career with JA at the beginning of the pandemic. She is the program director for Mad River Region, which encompasses Clark, Madison, Champaign and Logan Counties in Ohio. She has 6 children, including four adopted children. She and her husband, Richard, has been married for 33 years. JA Mad River Region is projected to reach over 13,000 students this year with the messages of financial literacy, work and career readiness and entrepreneurship. Her favorite JA program is Company Program.

Lehan joined the Junior Achievement of the Mad River Region team in November of 2022. Lehan is a proven leader in the Clark County area and brings years of expertise and professionalism. She is very connected in the 4 county region, having worked as a community leader throughout her career. Lehan went to Wittenberg University, and is happily married to her husband, Rick. In her free time Lehan loves traveling with her husband, children and grandchildren. Lehan is passionate about bringing the message of JA to all students, ages 5-25, especially disadvantaged, special needs, and minority populations. The JA Mad River Region team is happy to have Lehan on board.
